Courtney brings even more to the table. The foundation of her area knowledge, crucial for any real estate broker, reaches back six generations, and includes her highly esteemed grandfather, John Olsen, who developed a large portion of Hillsboro. “As a child, I remember going out with him scouting different properties in Tanasbourne. I think real estate must be in my blood – it’s my dream career.”

A great listener, fierce negotiator, and successful broker, Courtney loves to laugh – but don’t be fooled. When it comes to business, she’s no pushover. She will proudly tell you that over 50% of her business comes from happily returning clients and referrals.

Along with her successful career, Courtney is also the proud mom of two teens and an enthusiastic and devoted supporter of Shriners Hospitals. “As a young child, my daughter required multiple surgeries at Shriners, so I know firsthand what an amazing, worthwhile organization it is.” In her free time, Courtney is an avid golfer and a passionate fan of basketball, eagerly cheering on her children’s teams and the Portland Trail Blazers.
